This Weekend's Meets: Ohio Northern will compete outside of the OAC with a pair of tri-meets this weekend .. On Friday night, ONU will host Ohio Wesleyan and Bluffton in a 6 pm dual at the ONU Sports Center Natatorium ... On Saturday, the Polar Bears will head to Gambier for a tri-match at #1-ranked Kenyon with #20 Case Western Reserve ... ONU is coming off a 175-119 victory over Mount Union on Senior Day last Saturday at the ONU Sports Center Natatorium ... The Polar Bears (3-2 overall) improve to 3-0 in OAC regular season dual meets this season and is guaranteed to finish on top of the league standings for the 10th time in school history ... Ohio Northern won 11 of 16 events as senior Megan Lubinski and freshman Mara Brown won three events each ... Lubinski won the 200 free in 2:00.41, the 50 free in :24.92 and the 100 free in :53.93 ... Brown won both of the butterfly events and claimed the 400 I.M. She took the 200 fly in 2:18.83, the 100 fly in 1:01.61 and the 400 I.M. in 5:01.57 ... Lubinski also was named the OAC Swimmer of the Week for her efforts ... Ohio Wesleyan is 2-3 on the year and is coming off a tri-meet split last Saturday with a 143-82 win over Malone and a 152-81 loss to Oberlin ... Bluffton is a first year program and is competing in its fourth-ever intercollegiate meet ... The Beavers have had tri-meets at Asbury (Ky.), Franklin (Ind.) and Anderson (Ind.) thus far this season. ... #1 Kenyon is 3-0 in duals with victories over Cleveland State, Ashland and #3 Denison ... The Ladies finished second at the 2019 NCAA III Championships ... Case is 4-0 and is coming off a 157-143 win at #23 SUNY-Geneseo last Saturday.
