Softball picked to finish fourth in 2024 OAC Coaches Poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern softball team has been picked to finish fourth in the Ohio Athletic Conference for the 2024 season in a poll conducted by the league's head coaches.
The Polar Bears received 57 points and one of the 10 first-place votes to finish tied with Muskingum for fourth place.
Mount Union was selected as the favorite to win the league with 79 points and eight first place votes. Marietta was picked second with 68 points and Baldwin Wallace was selected third with 61 points. Muskingum received the final first place vote.
Eighth-year head coach Jackie Price returns eight letter winners from last year's squad that went 19-17 and finished fifth in the league with a 9-9 record.
The Polar Bears open their 2024 season with a 10-game Spring Break trip in Florida from March 10-15.
