This Weekend's Schedule: The Ohio Northern men's golf team will continue its 2021 season by competing in the two-day Otterbein Invitational at Northstar Golf Course ... The tournament is slated to begin with a 2 pm shotgun start on Saturday and flighted tee times on Sunday beginning at 11:50 am ... Marietta, Muskingum, Capital and Otterbein are expected to join ONU in the two-day, 36-hole tournament ... A limited number of spectators will be allowed to attend the games based on the OAC's COVID-19 policy ... Each player will receive two admissions each tournament ... No tickets will be available to the general public ... ONU won the team title at the Dan Caschera Golf Tournament hosted by John Carroll on Monday with a team score of 310 strokes ... Sophomore Josh Steyer led the team with a 75 and fourth place overall finish and junior Austin White shot a 76 for a fifth place tie overall ... Last Saturday the Polar Bears competed in the Otterbein Cardinal Classic finishing in fourth with 453 strokes in the 27-hole affair ... Junior Andrew Slusher shot 3-over par 111 to lead ONU ... On Sunday the Polar Bears faced Heidelberg in match-play winning 3-2 with wins by junior Sam Straker, sophomore Dylan Morris and freshman Jacob Brooks ... Slusher leads the team through seven rounds with a 76.7 scoring average this season ...  Sophomore Josh Steyer is second at 77.7 strokes ... Junior Nolan Kimberly is third with 77.9 strokes.
