Sunday's Tournament: The Ohio Northern men's golf team will travel north to compete in the Defiance Fall Invitational on Sunday ... 12 teams are expected to compete in the 18-hole tournament, which will begin with a 10 am shotgun start ... The Polar Bears are coming off a 9th place finish at the OAC Fall Preview Sunday-Monday ... Junior Nick Anderson shattered his career 18-and 36-hole career low scores to lead Ohio Northern ... He followed a first round 77 with his career-low round of 71 on Monday to finish tied for sixth out of 63 golfers on the par-72, 6748-yard course ... He set new career lows with his second round 71 and his 36-hole total of 148. He shaved two strokes off his previous 18-hole low of 73 and took four shots off his previous 36-hole low round of 152 ... Senior Zach Goodchild tied for 15th with a 79-73—152, junior Joshua Turich tied for 44th with an 83-78—165 and sophomore Ryan Tatman tied for 49th with an 85-82—167 ... In seven rounds this season, Goodchild leads the team with a 74.4 stroke average ... Anderson is second at 77.6 and Tatman and Turich iare tied for third at 82.6.
