Women's Cross Country finishes 21st at Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble

OBERLIN — The Ohio Northern women's cross country team finished in 21st place out of 34 teams Saturday afternoon at the Inter-Regional Rumble in Oberlin.
As a team the Polar Bears (41-36 Overall) finished the day with 641 points.
No. 15-ranked New York U. took first place in the race with 72 points, No. 10 Geneseo St. (N.Y.) took second place with 118 points and No. 21 Carleton (Wis.) finished third with 121 points.
Junior Emily Cousens of NYU took first place in the race with a time of 21:54.5.
Junior Samantha Hoffman crossed the finish line first for the Polar Bears, completing the race in 118th place with a time of 24:01.1.
Senior Erin Radigan finished shortly after in 123rd place with a final time of 24:03.4.
The Ohio Northern women will be back in action on November 2nd at 11 am at the OAC Championships in Westerville.
