Women's Cross Country team ranked No. 20 in first weekly USTFCCCA poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern women's cross country team is ranked No. 20 in the first weekly poll in voting conducted by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
The Polar Bears (19-4) were ranked No. 16 in the preseason poll.
Northern received 121 points, 30 less than the 151 points it received in the preseason poll on Aug. 22.
Middlebury (Vt.) is ranked No. 1 and Williams (Mass.) is No. 2 and Washington (Mo.) is ranked No. 3.
The Polar Bears are idle this weekend and will return to action Sept. 22 at the Williams (Mass.) Classic.
