Wednesday's Meet: The Ohio Northern women's track and field team will complete its regular season at the Mount Union Last Chance Meet at Mount Union Stadium on Wednesday ... Field events will start at 2 p.m. while running events will start at 4 p.m. ... Athletes from all 10 OAC schools are expected to compete at the non-scoring meet ... The meet is the last chance athletes have to try qualify for the NCAA III Championships field, which includes the top 19 individuals in each event ... Four Polar Bears are expected to compete on Wednesday, three of which are All-OAC honorees ... On the national level, the NCAA announced field sizes of 19 individuals and 14 relay teams for the 2021 NCAA Championships May 27-29 at Greensboro, N.C. ... Senior Stella DeWitt is 21st in the long jump (5.60m) and needs to jump at least 5.67 meters to climb into the top 19 in the event ... Several other ONU athletes are competing on Wednesday and are close to qualifying ... Junior Kayla Silva is 37th in the 100 (:12.25) ... Sophomore Anna Schatzle is 41st in the pole vault (3.45m) ... Freshman Natalie Garrett is also competing in the hammer throw on Wednesday.
