ONU will return home on Saturday for a 1 pm match against Mount Union on Senior Day at the West Campus Courts ... The Polar Bears are coming off a 9-0 victory at Marietta on Saturday ... Sixth-year senior Katie Curry won 6-1, 6-0 in her first-ever match at No. 1 singles to lead ONU ... The victory was her 25th consecutive singles victory over the past three seasons and was her 86th career singles victory overall ... Freshman Cassie Stuber posted her second career singles victory and her first in the spring season, winning 6-0, 7-5 at No. 6 singles ... Thus far this season, freshman Miranda Wills (29-13), junior Regan Landis (27-10), and freshman Katie O'Connell (26-4) lead Northern in overall wins this season …O'Connell is a team-best 17-4 in singles play, while Landis is 16-4 and Wills is 15-6 … Junior Jeorgia Templin (16-3) leads ONU in doubles wins, followed by Wills (14-7) and Landis (11-6) … Curry is 86-20 in singles, 70-54 in doubles and is 156-54 overall in her career ... The Yellow Jackets are coming off a 7-2 victory at Muskingum on Wednesday ... Gabriella Heideman leads BW with a 7-4 singles record and a 15-10 record overall ... The Purple Raiders are fresh off a 5-4 victory over Marietta on April 10 ... Freshman Abby Franks and sophomore Emma Thornton won three of the five points, as they combined to win No. 1 doubles then each won their singles matches at No. 1 and No. 2 positions respectively.
