Sunday's Match: The Ohio Northern women's tennis team will wrap up its abbreviated 2021 regular season on Sunday with a 2 pm OAC contest against John Carroll ... A limited number of spectators will be allowed to attend the games based on the OAC's COVID-19 policy ... Each player will receive two admissions each game ... No tickets will be available to the general publi ... With a victory today, ONU would win its ninth OAC Regular Season title in program history and its first since 2015 ... Today's winner will also be the No. 1 seed in next week's OAC Tournament ... Both ONU and JCU have clinched First Round byes and will not play until the semifinals on May 7 at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason ... Today is also Senior Day ... ONU will honor its three seniors, Katie Curry, Jordan Dodson and Mackenzie Wills, as well as 2020 senior Kaleigh Cummins, in a pre-match ceremony ... Ohio Northern is led in singles play this season by seniors Curry, Dodson and Wills, who all have 7-0 records ... Curry and sophomore Regan Landis are 8-0 in doubles play ... Sophomore Jeorgia Templin is also undefeated in doubles play at 7-0 ... Curry leads the team with a 15-0 overall record ... Wills is ONU's all-time career leader with 89 singles wins and 175 wins overall ... She is also second all-time at ONU with a doubles record of 86-31 and is just three wins shy of Meghan Letizia's record of 89 doubles wins from 2012-16 ... Curry ranks seventh all-time in ONU history with a 146-53 career record ... She also ranks third all-time in ONU history with a singles mark of 80-20. ... The Blue Streaks are looking for their fifth consecutive OAC Regular Season title with a victory on Sunday ... JCU has outscored its six league opponents 52-2, dropping only two courts all year ... John Carroll is coming off an 8-1 win over Otterbein on Saturday ... Megan Reese won 5-7, 6-4, 10-4 at #1 singles and combined with Skye Harwood to win 8-4 at #1 doubles.

Head Coach Scott Wills: Wills is in his 20th season at the helm of the ONU women's tennis program … He currently stands first in coaching victories among all active Ohio college tennis coaches (NCAA DI, DII, DIII, and NAIA) and is the winningest coach in school history with a 389-102 (.792) record, including a 147-15 (.907) mark in regular season conference competition … He has also coached the program to eight regular season conference crowns and six OAC Tournament titles ... He was recently recognized by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association as one of the top 10 all-time winning women's tennis coaches in the nation.
