Beckett, Bowman, Cabana, Gast named to OAC Women's Soccer All-Tournament Team

ADA — Fifth-year senior Kylie Cabana (Dexter, Mich.) and seniors Alyssa Beckett (Monroe), Emma Bowman (Novi, Mich./Northville) and Jess Gast (Perrysburg) were named to the Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Soccer All-Tournament Team.

The top-seeded Polar Bears won the OAC Tournament title at Kerscher Stadium with a 2-1 victory over fourth-seeded Otterbein in the semifinals and a 3-2 win over second-seeded John Carroll in the finals.

Beckett scored a goal in each of the matches, while Bowman and Cabana each had an assist in each match. 

Gast scored the squad's third goal in the finals victory over JCU.

The Polar Bears (14-5-1) earned the OAC's automatic to the NCAA III Tournament and will face No. 25-ranked Sewanee (Tenn.) in the first round on Saturday at Lexington, Va.
