Women's Soccer to face No. 25 Sewanee (Tenn.) at NCAA III Tournament in Lexington, Va.

ADA — The Ohio Northern women's soccer team will travel to Lexington, Va., for the first two rounds of the 2024 NCAA III Tournament on Saturday at Alston Parker Watt Field.
No. 47-ranked ONU will play No. 25-ranked Sewanee (Tenn.) (13-1-4) in the first round on Saturday.
No. 3-ranked host Washington & Lee (Va.) (18-1-1) and No. 155 Farmingdale State (N.Y.) (11-7-4) will play in the other first round match on Saturday.
The two winners will play in the second round on Sunday.
Match times will be announced at a later date.
The Polar Bears (14-5-1 overall) are making their seventh NCAA Tournament appearance in program history.
Ohio Northern earned an automatic to the tournament after winning the Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament title with a 3-2 victory over John Carroll.
Sewanee won the Southern Athletic Association automatic bid with a 4-0 victory over Rhodes (Tenn.) in the SAA Tournament finals. The Tigers also won the SAA Regular Season crown with a 6-0-0 mark.
Washington & Lee earned an automatic bid by winning the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Tournament title 1-0. The Generals also won the ODAC regular season title with a 7-0 record.
Farmingdale State won the Skyline Conference Tournament title with a 2-1 victory over Mount Saint Vincent (N.Y.) The Rams were second in the SC with an 8-0-3 record.
