Senior Alyssa Beckett named OAC Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week

ADA — Ohio Northern senior Alyssa Beckett (Monroe) was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 28-Nov. 3.

This marks Beckett's first career OAC Player of the Week honor.

The recognition comes after scoring two goals with one assist in a 3-2 victory over Wilmington on Wednesday.

Beckett now leads the team with nine goals on the season to go along with 20 points and two assists.

In 77 career games, Beckett has 57 points on 25 goals and seven assists.

The Polar Bears (12-5-1 overall, 8-1-0 OAC) return to action on Thursday when they host the OAC Tournament Semifinals at 7 p.m.
