This Weekend's Tournament: The Polar Bears will compete in the Ohio Wesleyan Fall Invitational Sept. 12-13 at the Safari Golf Club next to the Columbus Zoo in Powell ... The Invitational is a 36-hole tournament with a shotgun start on Saturday at 2 pm and Sunday at 8 am ... Nine teams are expected to compete ... Ohio Northern opened its 2015-16 campaign with a 10th place finish at the 15-team Denison Invitational last weekend ... The Polar Bears finished with a 742 in the two-day tournament ... Junior Ariana Tomasula led the way for Northern, as she posted a 91-86-177 and finished tied for 26th in the tournament ... Junior Heather Comer was also effective for the Polar Bears as she tied for 32nd as she shot an 89-90-179 ... Also placing in the top 50 for Northern was freshman Stacie Shalenberger who shot a 97-87-184.
