Bio

Erica (Bryan) Cross is in her fifth season as assistant softball coach at Ohio Northern in 2024.

She has previous coaching stints at Centre (Ky.) in 2017 and with current ONU head coach Jackie Price at Hiram in 2015-16 before coming to ONU in 2020.

Cross was a four-year starter as a shortstop at Ohio Wesleyan from 2011-14. She finished her career as a .306 hitter with 139 base hits, 85 runs scored and 53 stolen bases in 148 games.

She received her bachelor's degree in sport management from OWU in 2014.

Cross then earned her master's degree from Hiram in international studies in 2016.

She is a native of Wapakoneta, Ohio, and currently resides in Delphos with her husband, TJ. They have an 18-month old son, Theo, and two dogs, Noodles and Kona.
