Softball picked to finish fourth in 2025 OAC Coaches Poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern softball team has been picked to finish fourth in the Ohio Athletic Conference for the 2025 season in a poll conducted by the league's head coaches.
The Polar Bears received 54 points to finish in fourth place.
Mount Union was selected as the favorite to win the league with 81 points and nine first place votes. Muskingum was picked second with 69 points and Baldwin Wallace was selected third with 68 points and had the final first place vote.
New head coach Summer Collins starts her first year with nine letter winners from last year's squad that went 24-20, finished fourth in the league with a 10-8 record and were runners-up in the OAC Tournament.
The Polar Bears open their 2025 season with a 10-game Spring Break trip in Florida from March 9-14.
