Ashley Lenser named OAC Softball Pitcher of the Week

ADA – Ohio Northern junior Ashley Lenser (Brookville) was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Softball Pitcher of the Week for the week of Apr. 8-14.

The recognition comes after she went 4-0 on the week. She had 18 strikeouts in 24 innings in the circle, only allowing 19 hits and four earned runs.

This is Lenser's second time receiving the honor this year and sixth in her career.

The Polar Bears (17-9 overall, 6-2 OAC) return to action at Otterbein (8-14 overall, 2-4 OAC) on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m.
