Men's Cross Country finishes fourth of 21 teams at Franklin (Ind.) Invitational

SHELBYVILLE, Ind. — The Ohio Northern men's cross country team finished fourth of 21 teams on Saturday morning at the Franklin (Ind.) Invitational.

- Fifth-year senior Ian Ackenhausen (Xenia/ Legacy Christain Academy) led the Polar Bears across the finish line in 26:00 to finish 13th of 325 runners.
- Junior Jacob Clouse (Alvada) was 19th in 26:07.25
- Senior Ryan Massie (Beavercreek)) was 5th in 26:07.56.
- Fifth-year Senior Jared Swartz (Alvada) finihsed 40th in 26:40.
- Senior Trent Babcock (Painesville) came 42nd in 26:44.
Notables
- The meet was held at Blue River Park, which is also the host of the NCAA III Great Lakes Regional Championships on Nov. 16.
- 16th-year head coach Jason Maus is now 1,496-390 as head coach of the ONU men's cross country program and is the winningest coach in program history.
