This Weekend's Championships: The Ohio Northern men's golf team will compete in the 2019 OAC Championships tournament Friday-Sunday at River Greens Golf Course ... The 72-hole tournament will begin with 27 holes beginning with flighted tee times from 9-10:45 am on Friday ... ONU's tee times will run every seven minutes from 10;15-10:45 am Friday ... The players will play 27 more holes on Saturday with flighted tee times on Saturday at 9-10:45 am, with ONU's five players starting from 9-9:30 am ... The final 18 holes on Sunday will begin at 11 am and will be based on the 54-hole team scores after Saturday's play ... The top 14 finishers and ties in the tournament will earn All-Conference honors ... Senior Joshua Turich is a returning All-OAC performer after finishing 9th at last year's Championships with a career-low 306 ... Senior Nick Anderson has finished t23rd and 27th in the past two championships events ... Thus far this season, Turich leads the team with 77.6 scoring average for 13 rounds ... Freshman Nolan Kimberly is second with a 78.7 average for 15 rounds and Anderson is third on the squad with an 80.6 average for 13 rounds.
