Corey Briggs returns to his alma mater for his second full season as an assistant coach at Ohio Northern. He will coach the defensive backs.

Briggs was a full time assistant coach at ONU in 2021 and coached at Notre Dame (Ohio) in 2022.

Briggs is a 2019 graduate from ONU and earned his Master’s degree in Sports Coaching from Ohio State in 2020.

Before returning to ONU, Cory interned with the Oregon Ducks in 2018 and Ohio State University's Strength and Conditioning program from 2019 to 2020. He also was an assistant Linebackers coach at Bellefontaine in 2020 and was the Head Football Coach at Cory Rawson in the 2021 season.
