Football receives votes in eighth weekly D3football.com poll

ADA – The Ohio Northern football team received votes in the eighth weekly D3football.com poll.
The Polar Bears (5-2 overall, 4-2 Ohio Athletic Conference) receivedsix points in the voting after receiving three points in last week's poll.
Mount Union is ranked first with 619 points and 19 of the 25 first place votes, Linfield (Ore.) is second with 599 points and the six remaining first place votes and Mary Hardin-Baylor (Tex.) is third with 572 points.
The Polar Bears have now been mentioned in the D3football.com poll in 14 of the last 17 years.
ONU will return to action next on Saturday when they host Marietta at 6 pm contest at Dial-Roberson Stadium.
