Baseball wins home opener against Asbury (Ky.) 12-0 behind impressive offensive showing

ADA — The Ohio Northern baseball team rode an impressive offensive showing to win its home opener over Asbury (Ky.) 12-0 on Wednesday afternoon.

- Ohio Northern took the lead early in the 2nd on a 2-run home run to right field by sophomore Evan Russ (Westfield, Ind.)
- In the 4th, Northern's offense erupted putting 6 runs across, including a grand slam by junior Chase Armstrong (Louisville, Ky./Trinity).
