Baseball moves up two spots to No. 20 in tenth weekly D3baseball.com poll

ADA – The Ohio Northern baseball team moved up two spots to No. 20 nationally in the 10th weekly D3baseball.com poll, released Tuesday.
The Polar Bears (28-8 overall) also received votes in the eighth weekly American Baseball Coaches Association Division III poll.
Northern received 148 votes in the D3baseball.com poll, which was 43 more than last week when ONU was ranked No. 22.
The Polar Bears were ranked No. 23 in the eighth poll, were No. 25 in the seventh poll and were No. 23 in the sixth poll.
ONU received 56 votes in the ABCA poll, which is 17 more than last week and is the 31st most in the poll.
Cortland State (N.Y.) is No. 1, Frostburg State (Md.) is No. 2 and Wisconsin-Whitewater is No. 3 in both polls.
The Polar Bears are scheduled to return to action Tuesday with a 4 pm contest against No. 7-ranked Wooster at Wander Field.
