Senior Austin Price named OAC Baseball Pitcher of the Week

ADA — Ohio Northern senior Austin Price was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Baseball Pitcher of the Week for the week of Feb. 25-March 3.

Price (1-0) pitched five dominant innings, scattering two hits, striking out nine and not allowing a run, as the Polar Bears opened their 2013 season with a 15-1 victory over Hiram on Sunday at the Gene Cusic Classic in Fort Myers, Fla.

Ohio Northern (1-2) is scheduled to play 10 games in Florida this week.
