Volleyball improves to 8-3 on season with 4-set victory at Albion (Mich.)

ALBION, Mich. — Ohio Northern volleyball team won a 4-set non-conference battle 25-18, 23-25, 25-11, 25-14 at Albion (Mich.) on Tuesday evening.

- Senior Erin Wagner (Massillon/Perry) had a match-high 19 kills with three blocks and hit .447.
- Freshman Summer Hoying (Fort Loramie) chipped in 12 kills and hit .500.
- Senior Ava Ehlinger (New Carlisle/Tecumseh) had 11 kills and hit .556.
- Senior Grace Conrad (Somerset/Sheridan) had 24 assists and freshman Haley Hammer (Cecil/Fairview) added 22 assists.
- Senior Rachel Jennings (Novi, Mich.) had a team-leading 26 digs.
- Albion was led by Carly Frank with 12 kills.
- The Polar Bears hit .390 with 61 kills, while the Britons hit .147 with 43 kills in the match.

- Jennings now has 1,738 digs in 90 career matches, and is No. 6 on ONU's all-time top 10 list in that category.
