Senior Erin Wagner named OAC Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week

ADA — Senior Erin Wagner (Massillon/Perry) was named Ohio Athletic Conference Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 2-8.
This marks Wagner's fourth career OAC Player of the Week honor.
The recognition comes after Wagner totaled 25 kills in a 3-0 win over Swarthmore (Pa.) on Saturday and a 3-0 loss at No. 1-ranked Juniata (Pa.) on Friday.
She had a match-high 15 kills and hit an impressive .609 against Swarthmore and added a team-high 10 kills while hitting .280 against Juniata.
In her career, Wagner is hitting .316, which ranks tied for fifth in program history. She has 878 kills, 125 digs, and 180 blocks in 80 career matches.
The Polar Bears (4-2 overall) return to action on Wednesday against Trine (Ind.) at 4:30 p.m.
