Hannah Irmer named OAC Libero of the Year; Melina Woods and Hope Williamson also named All-Conference in Volleyball

ADA — Ohio Northern junior Hannah Irmer (Indianapolis, Ind./Roncalli) was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Volleyball Libero of the Year, joining senior Hope Williamson (Noblesville, Ind./Herirtage Christian) and junior Melina Woods (Ada) on the 2020 All-Conference Volleyball team in voting conducted by the leagues 10 head coaches.
Irmer was a First Team All-Conference selection. Woods was a Second Team pick and Williamson was named Honorable Mention All-OAC.
Irmer is fifth in the OAC with a team-high 302 digs and is fourth with an average of 4.87 digs per set.
In three seasons, she has 900 career digs in 76 matches.
Woods, an outside hitter, is fourth in the league with a .326 hitting percentage and led the team with 187 kills and 44 blocks in her first season as a Polar Bear after transferring from Canisius.
Williamson hit .260 as a middle hitter and finished with 114 kills and 26 blocks this season.
In four seasons at ONU, Williamson has 209 kills and 57 blocks in 55 career matches.
The Polar Bears went 13-3 and finished third in the OAC in 2020-21 under first-year head coach Katie Kuhn.
