Volleyball moves up six spots to No. 18 in seventh weekly AVCA poll

ADA — The Ohio Northern volleyball team is moved up six spots to No. 18 in the seventh weekly American Volleyball Coaches Association Poll on Wednesday.
The Polar Bears (13-3 overall, 13-3 Ohio Athletic Conference) received 236 points in the poll.
Ohio Northern was ranked No. 6 in the first weekly poll, was No. 22 in week four and was No. 24 in week six. ONU was unranked in weeks two, three and five.
Colorado College is in first place this week with 773 points and 30 first place votes, Trinity (Tex.) is second with 734 points and Texas-Dallas is third with 701 points and the remaining first place vote.
The Polar Bears will return to action on Friday when they wrap up their regular season with an OAC double header at Mount Union.
