Volleyball excels in the classroom during Fall academic semester

ADA — The Ohio Northern volleyball team enjoyed success both on the court and in the classroom during the Fall academic semester in 2017.

The Polar Bears posted a cumulative team grade point average of 3.53 during the fall.

Northern also saw 12 of its seventeen players named to the Dean's List for their efforts in the classroom.

ONU made its second consecutive appearance in the NCAA III Tournament in 2017 under 27th-year head coach Kate Witte and advanced to the Regional Finals before bowing out of the tournament.
