Women's Tennis sweeps Roger Williams (R.I.) 7-0 on Day 3 of spring break trip

ORLANDO, Fla. — The Ohio Northern women's tennis team continued its spring break trip with a 7-0 victory over Roger Williams (R.I.) on Wednesday.

- Northern won the doubles point by sweeping all three courts, then won all six singles courts to improve to 3-1 on the spring break trip.

- Senior Miranda Wills (Ada) and freshman Lauren Okrainec (Ingersoll, ON, Canada/Homeschool) won at No. 2 doubles 6-0.
- Freshman Leah Schleibaum (West Chester/Lakota West) and Caroline Robinson (Indianapolis, Ind./North Central) won 6-4 at No. 3 doubles.
- Okrainec won 6-0, 6-3 at No. 1 singles.
- Bell won 6-2, 6-0 at No. 2 singles.
- Cruser won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 3 singles.
- Junior Jamie Hurst (Granger, Ind./Penn) won 6-0, 6-2 at No. 4 singles.
- Senior Katie O'Connell (Novi, Mich./Saint Catherine) won 4-6, 6-1, 14-12 at No. 5 singles.
- Junior Julianne Sheldon (Ashtabula/Saint John) won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 6 singles.
