Women's Tennis completes 3-0 weekend with 6-1 victory at Transylvania (Ky.)

NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. — The Ohio Northern women's tennis team wrapped up a 3-0 weekend at the Transylvania (Ky.) Classic with a 6-1 victory over tournament host Transylvania (Ky.) indoors on Sunday.

- Freshman Leah Schleibaum (West Chester/Lakota West) won 6-0, 4-6, 10-4 at No. 6 singles.
- Cruser and Hurst were each 2-0 on the day.

- Hurst and Cruser lead the team with 9-3 singles records, with freshman Lauren Okrainec (Ingersoll, ON, Canada/Homeschool) and Bell right behind at 7-5.
- Bell and freshman Caroline Robinson (Indianapolis, Ind./North Central) are a team-best 7-4 in doubles play.
- Bell leads the team with a 14-9 overall record.
- O'Connell leads the team with a career record of 84-29 and needs just 16 more wins to join ONU's 100-Win Club.
