Women’s Tennis named ITA All-Academic Team; Dodson and Wills receive Scholar-Athlete accolades

ADA — Ohio Northern seniors Jordan Dodson (Worthington) and Mackenzie Wills (Ada) were named ITA Scholar Athletes by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association for the 2019-20 season.

As a team, the Polar Bears also received All-Academic Team honors from the ITA.

Willis is making her second appearance on the Scholar Athlete team, while Dodson is a first-year honoree.

The award was given to 1,058 Division III women's student/athletes with a GPA of 3.50 or greater for the 2019-20 academic year.

The team award is based on a 3.20 or greater team GPA.

The Polar Bears finished the abbreviated 2019-20 season with a 12-3 record under 19th-year head coach Scott Wills.
