Women's Tennis improves to 6-0 with 8-1 victory at Faulkner State (Ala.) CC

BAY MINETTE, Ala. — The Ohio Northern women's tennis team remained undefeated with an 8-1 victory at Faulkner State (Ala.) Community College on Tuesday.
The Polar Bears improve to 6-0 while the Sun Chiefs fall to 0-2.
Sophomore Kirsten Adamson had the most exciting victory of the day, winning at No. 6 singles 7-6(3), 0-6 and 10-5 in the third set super tie-breaker.
Sophomore Lynn Kelly and senior Meghan Letizia posted 6-0, 6-0 victories at Nos. 1 and 2 singles, respectively.
Junior Brittany Toney won 6-2, 6-1 at No. 3 singles and sophomore Morgan McGlothlin won 6-3, 6-4 at No. 4 singles.
The Polar Bears will wrap up their Spring Break trip with a match at Spring Hill (Ala.) at 1 pm on Wednesday.
