Women's Tennis begins Spring Break trip with two shutout victories

The Ohio Northern women's tennis team began its Spring Break trip with a pair of shutout victories on Sunday.
The Polar Bears (5-0 overall) began the day with an 8-0 victory at Albany State (Ga.) in Albany, Ga., Sunday morning, then ended with a 9-0 victory at Wesleyan (Ga.) in Macon, Ga., Sunday evening.
Albany State falls to 0-2 and Wesleyan falls to 0-4.
Junior Taryn Stromback was one of four ONU players to post a 4-0 record on the day.
She won twice at No. 1 singles and twice at No. 1 doubles with sophomore Lynn Kelly.
Senior Elise Smith and sophomore Morgan McGlothlin also won four times on the day.
The Polar Bears will return to action on Tuesday at Faulkner State (Ala.)
