ADA — Junior Meghan Letizia won 6-2, 6-4 at No. 4 singles to lead the Ohio Northern women's tennis team in a 7-2 loss to No. 32-ranked Oberlin Sunday afternoon at University Courts.
The Polar Bears fall to 6-2, while the Yeowomen improve to 6-6.
Junior Taryn Stromback and freshman Lynn Kelly won at No. 2 doubles 8-5 to pick up Northern's first point of the match.
The Polar Bears will return to action on Saturday when they open the Ohio Athletic Conference portion of their schedule by hosting Heidelberg.
