Women's Swimming and Diving celebrates Senior Day with dual meet against Baldwin Wallace

ADA — The Ohio Northern women's swimming and diving team celebrated Senior Day with an Ohio Athletic Conference dual meet with Baldwin Wallace on Saturday afternoon.

- Baldwin Wallace won the dual 134-106.
- Records: Ohio Northern (4-3 Overall, 2-3 OAC), Baldwin Wallace (8-1 overall, 4-0 OAC).

Meet Highlights
- Senior Hannah Eversole (Cincinnati/Mt. Notre Dame) won the 500 free in 5:51.43 to lead ONU.
- Freshman Kate Kalmanowicz (New Freedom, Pa./Susquehannock) won the 200 free in 2:06.41.
- Freshman Abby Leatherman (Findlay/Van Buren) won the 200 breast in 2:39.44.
- Freshman Teagan Stermer (Bradenton, Fla./Christian) won the 200 back in 2:16.89
- The 200 free relay team of senior Annie Richters (Troy/Miami East), Stermer, senior Sydney Selinsky (Dover/Tuscarawas Central Catholic) and Kalmanowicz won in 1:48.70.
Notables
- The meet consisted of 16 events, including 12 individual races, two diving events and two relays.
- ONU won five of the 16 events on the evening.
- The meet was the final home meet of the season for Ohio Northern.
- Austin Veltman is 30-31 in his seventh season as head coach of the Polar Bears.
