Junior Kierra Watson named OAC Women's Swimmer of the Week

ADA — Ohio Northern junior Kierra Watson (Brownsburg, Ind.) was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Swimmer of the Week for the week of Nov. 13-19.

The junior earned the honor after sweeping the back events in a 156-128 victory over Wittenberg.

Watson won the 100 back in 1:04.19 and the 200 back in 2:20.17 to lead the Polar Bears in the meet.

Northern returns to action on Nov. 30-Dec. 2 as it competes in the 3-day Wooster Invitational.
