Bio
Jay Salge is in his 19th season as an assistant wrestling coach at Ohio Northern in 2024-25.
Salge was a three-year letterman for the Polar Bears, wrestling primarily at 165 pounds from 2004-07. During his ONU career, he competed in the 157-, 165-, and 174-pound weight classes.
He is a 2007 Ohio Northern graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering.
Salge and his wife, Jama, reside in Lima, Ohio.
