Duals ... Northern is slated to face off against McDaniel (Md.), Averett (Va.), and Southern Virginia in duals scheduled for 9 a.m., 12 p.m., and 1:30 p.m., respectively, inside the Duchossois Tennis Center in Lexington, Virginia ... The Polar Bears enter the event sporting a 1-2 overall record following their first dual victory against Manchester (Ind.) on Friday, December 7 ... In the 26-21 victory over the Spartans, junior Jeff Andrews led the Polar Bears with a pin while classmate Seth Transue and senior Clayton Davidson chipped in major decision victories ... Sophomore Cash Thompson and freshman Jordan Hardrick claimed 7-2 and 4-3 decisions, respectively, and freshman Chase Gibson won via forfeit at 197 pounds ... Andrews currently leads the team with 14 victories and four pins ... Meanwhile, Transue stands second with 13 total victories and has tied Andrews for the team lead in tech falls (3) and major decisions (4) ... McDaniel enters the event owning a 6-2 overall dual record ... The Green Terror finished an undefeated weekend over Greensboro (N.C.) and Averett, posting tight-knit 26-22 and 22-21 decisions, respectively, on Saturday ... Averett sports a 3-4 record entering Monday's action ... The Cougars finished 1-1 on Saturday, falling to McDaniel while defeating Greensboro 22-19 ... Southern Virginia has wrestled to a 3-10 overall record this season, having already competed in three dual meet invitationals this season ... The Knights went 1-2 at their home dual invitational on Saturday, December 8 in their most recent outing.

He sports a 319-226-4 career coaching record in dual action, a winning percentage of .585, making him the all-time winningest coach in ONU program history ... Beaschler was inducted into the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Hall of Fame in 2008 and has been named OAC Coach of the Year three times in 1993, 2012, and 2013.
