Wrestling to open 2014-15 Schedule at Roger Williams (R.I.) Invitational

ADA — The Ohio Northern wrestling team will open its 2014-15 season Nov. 15 at the Roger Williams (R.I.) Invitational under 27th-year head coach Ron Beaschler.

The Polar Bears will then travel to Lexington (Va.) to compete in a quad meet with Washington & Lee (Va.), Johns Hopkins (Md.) and Lycoming (Pa.) on Nov. 16.

Northern will continue its strong tradition of competing against NCAA Division I schools with a dual meet at Davidson (N.C.)

The 34th annual ONU Invitational is slated for Dec. 6 at 9 am at the ONU Sports Center.

Northern will also host dual meets with Manchester (Ind.), Mount Union, Baldwin Wallace and Muskingum.

ONU will compete in tournaments in Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan.

The NCAA III Mideast Regionals are slated for Feb. 28 at a site to be announced and the NCAA III Championships will be March 13-14 at Hershey, Pa.
