Overview: Colt is the returning starter at 165 pounds, posting a 22-8 record with six pins last year ... Was named a NWCA Scholar All-American and earned Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference honors last season ... Went 6-10 at 165 pounds and 1-3 at 174 pounds as a freshman in 2012-13.  

Sophomore Season (2013-14): Went 22-8 with 6 pins as the starter at 165 pounds ... Had his season ended early with an injury ... Was named a Scholar All-American and Academic All-OAC ... Placed fourth at the NCAA III Mideast Regional, was third at the Alma (Mich.) Open and was 8th at the Wheaton (Ill.) Invitational.

Freshman Season (2012-13): Was 7-13 with 1 pin at 165 and 174 pounds.

Personal: Full name is Colt Lovejoy ... Son of Scott and Susie Lovejoy ... His brother, Cody, is a junior on this year’s ONU wrestling team ... Coached in high school by Mike Abbey.
