Wrestling remains No. 12 in eighth Brute/Adidas NWCA Poll
ADA — The Ohio Northern wrestling team remained ranked No. 12 in the eighth Brute-Adidas National Wrestling Coaches Association Division III poll on Tuesday
The Polar Bears are 10-4 Overall and are the lone undefeated team in Ohio Athletic Conference duals with a 3-0 record.
Wartburg (Iowa) remains in the top spot, Wisconsin-LaCrosse is second, Coe (Iowa) is third and Augsburg (Minn.) is fourth.
Individually, junior Kyle Kwiat is ranked third in the country at 174 pounds. The two-time All-American is undefeatedagainst Division III opponents in the weight class and is 31-1 thus far this season.
Ohio Northern returns to action Tuesday night with a 7:30 p.m. dual against Muskingum at the ONU Sports Center.
The Polar Bears can clinch at least a share of their fifth OAC Regular Season title and their second in the last three seasons with a victory over the Muskies.
