Bio

Becca Joseph is in her third season as an assistant women's lacrosse coach in 2020.

Joseph came to Ada from Earlham (Ind.) where she was an assistant coach with the Quakers' women's lacrosse squad. 

Joseph played her collegiate lacrosse at Wittenberg where she enjoyed a decorated career. She was a first team All-North Coast Athletic Conference selection as a sophomore and a junior. She was also honored as an All-Great Lakes Region player in 2016 after scoring 51 goals and logging 36 assists. 

At the conclusion of her Wittenberg career, Joseph was the school's career leader in points (328) and assists (138) and second with 190 goals. She also held single-season records in assists (52) and points (96).

Along with playing lacrosse at Wittenberg, Joseph also served as a manager for the football team. She received a bachelor's degree in sport management and business. 

Prior to joining the coaching staff at Earlham, Joseph worked on the event management staff at Ohio State while attaining a master's degree in sport management. She also worked as a sales associate with the Toledo Mud Hens and for Equity Planning Group. 

Joseph originally hails from Toledo and went to high school at St. Ursula Academy where she was a three-sport athlete (lacrosse, basketball and soccer).
