Emily Boerger is in her second season as an assistant women's lacrosse coach at Ohio Northern University.

Boerger came to ONU after serving as an assistant coach for the Swiss National Team in 2021.

She also has coaching stints at Central Michigan in 2020, at Merrimack in 2017-19, at Findlay in 2016 and at Ohio State in 2014 and 2015.

Boerger graduated from Urbana with a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2013.

While playing lacrosse at Urbana, she was named All-America by USAcollegelacrosse.com in 2011 and was an All-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference selection in 2013.

A Marysville, Ohio, native, Boerger set the Urbana school record for goals (50) and points (52) in a season as a senior in 2013 and graduated as the program's all-time leader in career points (121) and goals (114).
