Chloe Millican named OAC Women's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week

ADA — Ohio Northern senior Chloe Millican (Fishers, Ind./Hamilton Southeastern) was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Lacrosse Defensive  Player of the Week for the week of Mar. 4-10.

Millican earned the award by posting the program's first-ever shutout, recording two saves in a 22-0 victory at Mount Saint Joseph on Wednesday.

The Polar Bears had previously held opponents to just two goals on five separate occasions.

This is Millican's first time receiving the honor.

Millican is 4-2 with 44 saves and an 8.83 GAA in goal this season.

In her four-year career, she us 38-27 with 226 saves and an 11.68 GAA.

The Polar Bears (4-2 overall) return to action on Monday night in Mesa, Ariz., against the University of New England (Maine) at 9:45 pm EDT.
