UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS — The Ohio Northern women's lacrosse team fell at No. 18-ranked John Carroll 26-4 on Saturday afternoon at Don Shula Stadium.
The Polar Bears fall to 4-5 overall and 4-5 in the Ohio Athletic Conference, while the Blue Streaks remain undefeated at 9-0, 9-0.
Sophomore Meredith Miller (Noblesville, Ind.) and freshmen Noel Orioli (Westerville/North), Sydney Kilgore (Pleasant Plain/Little Miami) and Avary Snyder (Uniontown/Lake) scored goals for ONU, who trailed 14-2 at halftime.
JCU out-shot ONU 42-12.
The Polar Bears will return to action on Wednesday night with a 7 pm home contest against Otterbein at Dial-Roberson Stadium.
