Freshman Sydney Kilgore named OAC Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week

ADA — Freshman Sydney Kilgore (Pleasant Plain/Little Miami) was named the Ohio Athletic Conference Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week for the week of Feb. 22-28.

Kilgore scored a career-high seven goals in ONU's 18-12 loss at Otterbein on Wednesday and added five goals in an 18-12 win over Marietta on Saturday.

She leads the OAC and is second nationally with 15 goals this season.

The Polar Bears (1-2 overall, 1-2 OAC) will return to action Wednesday when they host Heidelberg at 7 pm at Dial-Roberson Stadium.
