Emily Hershberger named All-OAC in Women's Lacrosse for 2017

ADA — Ohio Northern sophomore Emily Hershberger (Jackson Township/Jackson) was named All-Ohio Athletic Conference in women's lacrosse for 2017 in voting conducted by the league's nine head coaches.

Hershberger, a defender, was second on the team with 20 caused turnovers and was third with 34 ground balls this season.

She will enter her junior season as ONU's all-time career leader with 44 caused turnovers and is second with 69 ground balls.

The Polar Bears finished the season 3-13 overall and were 2-6 in OAC play under second-year head coach Beth Hemminger.
