ADA — The Ohio Northern women's lacrosse team dropped a 27-5 decision to John Carroll on Saturday afternoon at Dial-Roberson Stadium.
The Polar Bears fall to 3-11 overall and are 2-4 in Ohio Athletic Conference play, while the Blue Streaks improve to 9-4, 4-2.
Freshman Katie McCourt (Fairview Park/Magnificat) scored twice to lead ONU.
Freshmen Jacqui Lohman (Liberty Township/Lakota East), Betsy Naugle (Moon Township, Pa./Moon Area) and Elizabeth Carter (Lebanon) also scored for Ohio Northern.
Lohman also added an assist to join McCourt with two points on the day.
The Polar Bears will wrap up the home portion of their 2017 schedule on Wednesday with a 7 pm contest against Otterbein.
