Women's Golf finishes second of Heidelberg Fall Invitational

TIFFIN — The Ohio Northern women's golf team finished second out of four teams at the Heidelberg Fall Invitational Sunday at Mohawk Golf Course.
The Polar Bears (7-11) finished with 359 strokes.
Otterbein won the team title with a 335, Hiram was third with a 409 and Muskingum was fourth with a 427.
Freshman Courtney Knippen led three Polar Bears with scores in the 80s with an 88 to finished tied for fourth out of 24 golfers.
Sophomores Megan Conley and Allison Fye tied for sixth with 89s, freshman Alex Manno was 11th with a 93 and sophomore Kaitlyn Nestel was 20th with a 107.
Otterbein's Natalie Perry won Medalist honors with a 5-over par 77.
The Polar Bears will return to action Sunday at the Defiance Fall Invitational.
