Women's Golf to get fall season underway Sept. 10-11 at John Carroll

ADA — The Ohio Northern women's golf team will get the fall portion of its 2011-12 schedule underway Sept. 10-11 at the John Carroll Fall Invitational.

Under second-year head coach Jessica Viertlboeck, the Polar Bears will also play in tournaments at Heidelberg, Otterbein, Capital and Wittenberg this fall.

Ohio Northern returns senior All-Ohio Athletic Conference honoree Emily Gedert and sophomore Lizzy Merk from last year's squad that posted a 59-21-1 record and finished third at the OAC Championships in 2010-11.
